We have used this product for 1 of our patients who loses weight rapidly. We have used it both as a tube feeding and in a shake (with ice cream, honey, and chocolate syrup). My patient doesn't mind the taste, but I cannot attest to its taste. I know when tube feeding him, he gains weight very rapidly. We give him 4 cans per day, which is 2000 cal. It also has lots of Vital nutrients. I recommend this product over ensure or other supplements, mainly due to caloric values.
